About Me

My photo
pollyanna
Portland, Oregon, United States
My name is Doris but my friends call me "pollyanna." I've been "pollyanna" on the Internet since 1994...it's hard to change identities now. I am a recently retired instructor at Portland Community College, where I taught Speech Communication and Journalism for 25 years. I was also the department chair for Performing Arts. In my spare time, I make quilts. I love to sew clothes for my grandgirl as well. Everything I make just seems like it is creating a positive energy. The world needs lots of positive energy :)
