Two is Better than One

I had two right-on days this past week.
I needed a second eye surgery so had to postpone swimming daily. But I can start swimming this week. Plus I started the Weight Watchers Walking Challenge. Just walking 15 minutes a day as I build up. The "training" is for eight weeks, building up to a marathon sometime in June. Vancouver has a Solstice Walk in the evening that Doug can join me--a 5k walk. They also have a Discovery Walk, also 5k. I can get there. One step at a time.

Up half a pound, but I had two right-on days.
Life can't get much better than that, can it?

Hooray for getting into training Polly!! I'm standing on the side lines pumping my arm in the air, yelling "Woo Woo Woo"!!

Way to go Dori, you can do this. I also started a walking/jogging program that is 8 weeks. Start out walking and the end of 8 weeks, I will be able to jog 2 miles comfortably.

A Weight Walker's challenge, what a cool idea. I so need to get moving. I was going to walk today but took a nap instead. Not good, huh?
